Preparing for Adulthood - Access to Adult Mental Health Services - Online Workshop

This workshop is aimed at parents and carers of young people aged 14 and over, with SEND, who want to find out more about accessing adult mental health services.
The workshop will:
• Provide an overview of the transition process from CAMHS to adult mental health services
• Explain the pathways for transition
• Outline how to access adult mental health services post-18
• Signpost to additional sources of support
The session will be presented by Maddy McCarthy, Bexley CAMHS Operational Manager and Munya Mangundu, Service Manager, Bexley Adults Community Mental Health.
