Bexley Voice Survey On Preparing for Adulthood in Bexley - 2026
This survey (which should take no longer than 4-6 minutes to complete) has been designed by Bexley Voice and is aimed at parents and carers of young people aged 14-25 years who live in and/or attend (attended) a school in the London Borough of Bexley and who have/had either an EHCP or were/are identified as SEN.
The purpose of the survey is to provide Bexley Voice with an understanding of how well parents and carers feel the Preparing for Adulthood process works in Bexley and to identify opportunities for improvement. This is particularly important following the SEND inspection of 2023, which highlighted that improvements were needed in the Preparing for Adulthood process.
Results will be shared with Bexley but no information will be shared that can identify individuals. You can complete the survey here
