Topic: The importance of preparing your young person for adulthood, including when you can expect planning to begin, the process that Bexley follows and signposting to further support.

- Case Officer Team 1-1 bookings - Book an appointment with an Officer or Manager from the Bexley Statutory Assessment Service who can advise you regarding EHCPs and Annual Reviews.
