This month will include transitions, primary to secondary and secondary to post-16.
10:30am - Speakers:
Post-16 Toolkit
Magalee Nahas and Jaine Ross, SEN Strategic Support Partners from Bexley Local Authority will join us to seek input from parents and carers about the Toolkit.
11:00am - 1-1 Appointments. Available with:
- Claire Hunt, Information & Support Worker from Carers Support Bexley
- Maisie Cartwright and Kerry Purnell from The Bexley Autism Advisory Service
- Danny Graham, Benefits Advisor from DWP
Case Officer Team 1-1 bookings:
- Various appointments will be available with Case Officers and a Case Officer Manager from the Bexley Statutory Assessment Service.
Case officers attending will be Wes Crotty, Cornerstone & Trinity Secondary and Benedicta Biosah, EHE/EOTAS, St Pauls Slade Green. The Case Officer Manager will be Dionysia Lali. (Please note, this can be subject to change.)
