Access to Adult Mental Health Services (Including Transition from CAMHS) - Online via MS TEAMS

This workshop is aimed at parents and carers of SEND young people aged 14-25 who want to find out more about the transition process from CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) to adult mental health services. It will also include the pathways into adult mental health services post age 18 and where to obtain support during a mental health crisis as an adult.
The workshop will:
- Provide an overview of the transition process for those already recieving support from CAMHS as they approach 18
- Explain the pathways into adult mental health services for those over 18
- Help parents prepare for transition
- Signpost to additional sources of support
