This workshop is aimed at parents and carers of SEND young people aged 14-18 who want to find out more about the transition process from CAMHS (Child and adolescent Mental Health Services) to adult mental health services.
The workshop will:
- Provide an overview of the transition process to adult mental health services
- Explain the pathways for transition
- Help parents prepare for a successful transition
- Signpost to additional sources of support during transition
