Frances joined BV when it was first created in 2010, and she has been part of helping it evolve into what it has become today. Frances helped to set up the forum when it became a requirement for every council to have a parent/carer forum under the guidance of ‘Aiming High for Disabled Children’.
Frances currently works as an admin and membership support.
Frances is a parent of a young person with complex needs and has worked in a variety of professional and voluntary positions in Bexley’s SEND services – for the council and for local charities.
Frances says:
